Summary
As an Automotive Service Advisor at Serra Auto Park, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support during their vehicle maintenance and repair experiences. This position is located in Northeast Ohio and is essential to maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer care.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive service.
- Evaluate customer needs and provide recommendations for services and repairs.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
- Manage customer expectations regarding service timelines and costs.
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an automotive dealership or service advisor role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales experience or upselling skills are a plus.
