What You’ll Be Doing:
Engaging with customers via phone, email, and text to schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries.
Educating customers about our automotive services in a friendly, non-pushy way.
Tracking and managing customer interactions in our system to ensure top-notch service.
Collaborating with the sales and service teams to enhance the customer experience.
