Parts Specialist Responsibilities Include:
- Speaking with customers via phone and email regarding their parts needs
- Providing Service Technicians with parts required for repair orders
- Recording all sales and customer transactions
- Maintaining a neat and orderly environment
Parts Specialist Qualifications:
- 1 year of previous experience in a dealership setting
- General knowledge of the automotive industry and parts
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- The ability to communicate equally well with technicians, customers, and senior management
- Computer and phone skills
