Our Service Department features state-of-the-art diagnostic and repair equipment. Our skilled factory-trained and certified technicians deliver efficient, quality truck service.
Job Description
Duties include:
- Sell medium and heavy duty parts to walk-in and phone customers
- Assist the service department with parts requests and interpretations
- Perform inventory management requirements
- Maintain skill and product knowledge by taking required online courses
Qualifications
Required:
- High School diploma
- Computer and customer service skills
- Three or more years' experience in a medium and heavy truck dealership environment
- Physically able to perform duties
- Ability to work variable hours
Preferred:
- Volvo and/or Ford Truck Parts experience
