This team is a strategic partner within the bustling Sales and Service Teams at Serra TC, collaborating to ensure the needs of our customers are met in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.

What's it like to be a Serra TC Business Development Center Associate?

As a BDC Associate, you will work closely with the Sales and Service Teams to be the front-line contact to answer incoming calls, direct customer's questions to the correct department, and schedule appointments for our Service departments. This is an entry level position with growth potential.

• Ability to use computer systems effectively
• You will receive additional training and coaching by Serra employees.
