What You’ll Do
- Craft Quality Products: Assemble mattresses with precision using pneumatic tools like staple guns, glue guns, and more, ensuring every unit meets our high standards.
- Ensure Excellence: Inspect components and finished mattresses for any flaws or defects, delivering perfection to our customers.
- Be the Backbone of Success: Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that thrives on Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
What You’ll Bring
- Strength & Stamina: The ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 120 pounds (team lifting for heavy loads) during shifts of 8 hours or more.
