We are currently seeking a Senior Site Engineer who can work cross-functionally with multiple Implementation Teams including our Feature, Platform, and Operations teams to solve problems and improve our products and services. This role will need to view our platform holistically and work towards ensuring it is scalable, reliable, observable, and extendable. We expect you to have strong knowledge of IaC, Networking, and managing Operations of self-hosted infrastructure at a co-located data center.
As a Senior Site Engineer, you will work closely with Sertifi’s Development, Platform and Infrastructure Teams to create automated systems that build, deploy, and manage our applications and their associated platforms.
This position will report to our Senior Manager, Operations.

Challenges You’ll Tackle :
- Serve as team Subject Matter Expert in Operations and Networking.
- Maintain and optimize physical On-Premise infrastructure and network hosted at a co-located data center, while supporting a migration to cloud.
- Provide guidance and mentorship, elevating the understanding and technical depth to other Site Engineering team members.
- Improve automation of software releases, including evaluation of deploy patterns and processes to minimize issues in production environment.
- Always looking for ways to improve / automate existing processes.
- Participate in the system team’s on-call rotation for production outages.
