The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for greeting patients, answering the phones, scheduling appointments, completing billing processes, finishing administrative processing, recordkeeping, and more.

Qualifications• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills;
• Exceptional phone demeanor;
• Strong written communication
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and medical patient management software
• Sound record reflecting honesty and integrity; the ability to contribute positively to a team environment;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• The ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of patients with a high standard of care;
• A dedication to helping those with hearing loss, dementia, Alzheimer’s, and brain injury, as well as those who are not mobile or have limited mobility.
Salary and Benefits• Competitive hourly rate range $17.00-$22.00
• 9 Paid holidays & 10 PTO days;
