This role includes:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy to grow audience engagement across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other key platforms.
- Manage the end-to-end creation of organic social media content—including ideation, scripting, and working with editors to produce compelling short-form videos, reels, and viral clips.
- Analyze performance data to refine content strategies, improve engagement, and optimize for growth.
- Oversee the creation of engaging written content (captions, headlines, and social posts) that align with Liz Moody’s brand voice.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, leveraging platform updates and best practices to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with designers and a team of video editors to ensure
high-quality visual content that supports Liz Moody’s brand identity. - Engage with the online community, responding to comments and fostering audience relationships.
- Curate and edit social media clips from podcast episodes, ensuring they are engaging and optimized for each platform
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media content creation, strategy, and audience growth—preferably for personal brands, media, or wellness-focused content.
- Strong storytelling and writing skills with an eye for viral, engaging content.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.
- Data-driven mindset—you analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy for optimization.
- Experience in short-form video content creation and editing (or managing editors).
- Highly organized and process-driven, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Passionate about health, wellness, and self-development, aligning with Liz Moody’s brand ethos.
- A proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in podcast production, YouTube growth strategies, or newsletter monetization.
