Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with nCino, Salesforce, Fiserv DNA, and LaserPro.
- Proficiency in data migration, data cleansing, and data integration techniques.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and security protocols.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project management skills, with experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, problem-prevention, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ability to work with co-workers, members, and outside agencies professionally and tactfully.
- nCino Certifications from nCino University.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
