- Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and preparing reports.
- Provide clerical support including data entry, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and training development as needed.
- Implement best practices in medical office management if applicable to the organization.
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with event planning and budgeting processes is a plus.
- Experience with clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document management is essential.
- Background in medical office management is an advantage but not required.
