We are a Consumer Goods distribution company based out of the Midwest that has experienced exponential Regional and National growth since our inception in March 2020. We’re expanding our Wisconsin team and are looking for a Sales Leader to manage our Outside Sales Team.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Leader to Manage our Wisconsin Sales Team in addition to being responsible for selling to the Madison Market. The right candidate will have the responsibilities of maintaining and driving revenue into our retail accounts through his/ her sales team in addition to managing a book of business through our Madison Market. We’re looking for someone who has a sales aptitude with great interpersonal and management skills to drive the Wisconsin sales team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Calling on new and prospect Madison accounts daily
- Managing the Madison Book of Business which includes order management, upselling, and great customer service ensuring customer success.
- Hitting sales quota and metrics relative to Madison business
- Working with Sales Leadership to set metrics and quotas for sales team
- Day to day guidance with sales staff to ensure the sales team is hitting sales metrics and quotas set forth by Sales Leadership Team
- Training sales team on product, sales process, route planning, sales territory, CRM, POS Software, and internal website
- In field training that includes customer visits with sales staff
- Documentation of sales activity in our internal CRM system
- Hitting Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual performance metrics to hit full bonus/ commission potential
Qualifications
- 3 years of wholesale/ retail sales experience
- 1 year in Sales Management experience
- Great Organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- Sales ability and likeability; you’ll be the face of our company to many customers
- Computer skills including Google Suite, CRM, Inventory/ Ordering Software, and Route Planning software are a plus
- Distribution and/ or cannabis experience is a plus
- College Degree preferred
- Ability for domestic travel

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
