Under general supervision, the Account Coordinator is responsible for providing daily assistance to the Client Services department. The Account Coordinator position will support the dedicated client account team in various administrative requests. This position will be focused on providing prompt and timely responses and follow-up, both internally and externally. The Account Coordinator will monitor, organize, and respond to questions or concerns received through the Client Inquiry inbox. Responsibilities will also include printing and mailing of member material, submitting web-tool access requests, generating and distributing various reporting, and other daily support the account team may require.

What You'll Do

As the Account Coordinator, you will be doing the following:

  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries, including report requests. Coordinate with other departments as needed, escalating appropriately, and following to complete resolution.
  • Monitor the Client Inquiry inbox and provide timely, thorough, and detailed responses that meet internal service-level agreements. Track and document incoming requests accordingly to ensure all questions or tasks are answered and completed.
  • Communicate regularly with clients/partners to provide support, service updates, and organizational offerings.
  • Support client implementations by printing and mailing member materials. Assist with general printing needs as requested by the dedicated account team.
  • Provide client support to the Account Manager/Account Executive, including but not limited to requesting and routing necessary reports, tracking timely request completion, and providing external issue resolution communications.
  • Submit various partner web-based platform access requests, provide tracking of requests to ensure accurate completion, and communicate credentials externally.
  • Train clients and partners on self-service tools, including for claim lookup, administrative overrides, and general navigation.
  • Coordinate the fulfillment of in-writing collateral, including client and member mailings, welcome kits, and other communications.
  • Medicare Part D Creditable Coverage Determinations
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least two (2) years of relevant work experience in employee benefits with a minimum of one (1) year client or member facing experience preferred.

Preferred Education And Experience

  • Associate's Degree
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification.
