We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead and oversee security support services operations. This role requires a strong leader with expertise in managing diverse teams, operational performance, and contract compliance. The Program Manager will act as the single point of contact between the contractor and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, manage, and supervise all aspects of the contract.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the contractor and COR, ensuring seamless communication and operational execution.
- Manage quality control for all work performed under the contract.
- Receive and execute technical directions from the COR in line with the contract's terms and conditions.
- Ensure compliance with site-specific security protocols and contract objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Business Administration (BBA), Homeland Security, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 7 years of supervisory and management experience, including 3 years in the operation, administration, and supervision of security support services or equivalent military experience.
- Strong operational management skills to oversee personnel and maintain performance standards.
- Proven ability to manage contracts of similar scope and complexity.
- Exceptional leadership and quality control management skills.
- Effective communication skills for coordination with the COR and team members.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Ability to pass a background check as part of the U.S. Access credentialing process.
