We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee security operations for a large-scale contract involving 100 security officers across multiple locations in Los Angeles.
Job Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of security operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality service delivery. This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and client relationship management to maintain and enhance security services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of 100 security officers across multiple sites.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring service excellence.
- Supervise scheduling, training, and performance evaluations of security personnel.
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Manage incident reports, investigations, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with HR on recruitment, retention, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and industry best practices.
- Generate reports on security performance metrics and present findings to leadership.
- Implement technology and automation to optimize security operations where applicable.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of security management or project management experience, preferably in a large-scale operation.
- Experience managing security teams of 100 personnel across multiple locations.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling software, security technology, and incident reporting systems.
- Must have a valid CA Guard Card; additional certifications ( ASP, CPR/First Aid) are a plus.
- Knowledge of California security industry regulations and labor laws.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call as needed.
