What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Commander position at Servexo USA?
We are seeking experienced Site Commanders to oversee security operations at our designated locations. As the most senior officer at each site, the Site Commander will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, adherence to site-specific security requirements, and contract success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the senior officer at one of the designated locations (Albany, OR; Pittsburgh, PA; Morgantown, WV).
- Ensure operational execution and adherence to site-specific security and contract requirements.
- Coordinate and manage activities to maintain performance standards and achieve contract objectives.
- Provide direct communication and operational updates to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
- Act as a single point of contact for contract administration and operational performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Associate degree.
- Experience: At least 4 years of general and related work experience in the security or law enforcement field.
- Includes at least 2 years of supervisory/management experience (security or non-security related) in a position of authority with responsibility for personnel oversight.
- Substantial experience in planning, implementing, and supervising contracts of similar scope and complexity.
- Strong leadership and quality control management skills.
- Proven ability to ensure compliance with site-specific security protocols and contract objectives.
- Effective communication skills for coordination with the COR and team members.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Ability to pass a background check as part of the U.S. Access credentialing process.
- Must pass a physical exam in accordance with 10 CFR 1046 Subpart B Appendix A.
