VP OF BRANCH OPERATIONS
Service 1 Federal Credit Union is seeking a motivated, experienced, and knowledgeable VP of Branch Operations (full-time). The VP of Branch Operations will be responsible for supervising, overseeing, and directing branch operations to ensure high -performing branch teams, exceptional member service, and operational efficiency among all Service 1 Federal Credit Union’s locations. Applicants should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. Essential functions include:
- Oversee the daily operations of all branches to ensure exceptional member service, consistency, and high levels of team member engagement throughout the organization.
- Implement strategies to improve branch productivity, member satisfaction, and operational efficiency in order to meet strategic objectives.
- Direct, coordinate, and oversee operational activities throughout the organization to ensure efficient operational projects and product delivery are developed and implemented to maximize organizational success.
- Monitor overall branch activity throughout the organization to evaluate the performance of the branches.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the strategic vision and plans for the branch, aligning with overall company goals.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high standards of member service.
- Assist and direct branch managers and team members in implementing a member-focused culture that encourages financial education and product/service knowledge to provide personalized financial solutions to our members.
- Evaluate the job performance of direct reports to ensure quality of work, branch success, and high-quality service to members.
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years of leadership experience working at a financial institution (preferred)

- Thorough knowledge of industry and regulatory compliance practices
