Summary of Responsibilities:
Under the general direction of the Early Intervention Manager, this person is responsible for the oversight of Service Coordination Services. This person provides supervision for staff to ensure that eligibility criteria and Early Intervention regulations are maintained. Operations are conducted in accordance with all existing policies, procedures and regulations and in accord with the Mission and values of the Company.
Essential Functions:
- Efficiently operates their EI Team Interacts with county EI Specialists
- Reviews service notes and consumer files Provides feedback on staff performance
- Provides coaching for the SCs Promotes an engaged EI team
- Attends local provider meetings Promotes client satisfaction
- Achieves target level of service delivery Maintains positive relationships
- Provides caseload coverage

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or Sociology.
At least 3 years of related Early Intervention experience.

Working Conditions:
