As a Client Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound recovery calls, working with customers who have canceled or are considering canceling their auto warranty plans. Your goal is to retain clients by addressing their concerns, educating them on plan benefits, and offering solutions to meet their needs. This position requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers who have canceled or are at risk of canceling their auto warranty plans.
- Receive inbound calls from customers requesting to cancel and work to retain their business.
- Identify customer concerns and provide tailored solutions to address their needs.
- Clearly communicate the value and benefits of warranty coverage.
- Negotiate and offer incentives or plan adjustments to encourage customer retention.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed individual and team retention goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Work closely with other departments to improve customer satisfaction and retention strategies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer retention, sales, call center, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle objections and turn cancellations into opportunities.
- A results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
