- Assist in developing and maintaining documentation on PMO workflow, deliverables, and implementation procedures.
- Provide project and resource metrics with summarized dashboards, reports, and heat maps within Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) platform.
- Prepare materials for and play an active coordination role in biweekly Project Advancement steering committee meeting.
- Develop proficiency in working with PMO standard products, including but not limited to PPM tools and Microsoft Teams. Work with business leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs.
- Oversee project initiatives and ensure stakeholders meet expected requirements of project deadlines and schedules.
- Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Align project scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables for all assigned projects.
- Assist in organizing team members for each project and hold stakeholders accountable to ensure projects are on time and within budget.
- Facilitate change requests to ensure all parties are informed on impact to project timelines, budget, schedule, and quality.
- Assist Business Analysts and stakeholder teams in moving projects through the proposal process to gain project approval.
- Assist PMO and project stakeholders in moving through project lifecycle.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 – 3 years’ experience required.
- Certification(s), CAPM, CSM, PMP, RMCP, or similar preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes.
- Experience working with a variety of Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team player with ability to motivate, train, and establish strong rapport and credibility with business teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to write and verbally communicate clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and various web-based applications required.
