ServiceOne Air Conditioning & Plumbing, LLC is seeking a full-time HVAC Lead Installation Technician to join our Orlando, FL team. This position earns a competitive $45,000-$55,000/year with a $1000 sign on bonus, plus benefits after 90 days of employment.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of verifiable experience as a residential installer (commercial experience will be considered)
- Able to work "off-hours" and weekends as needed
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to pass a drug test
- Clean driving record
- Proven track record in heating and cooling systems
- Able to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints, and other diagrams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
