Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of plumbing emergencies efficiently and professionally.
- Install pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and all types of plumbing systems.
- Ensure all plumbing installations comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Diagnose leaks and other plumbing problems.
- Perform plumbing maintenance and educate homeowners on proper system care.
- Work alongside HVAC and Electrician professionals to complete integrated service projects.
- Provide customers with quality options for plumbing solutions and close calls.
- Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring they understand the work being performed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in confined spaces, crawl spaces, and under homes or buildings.
- Ability to handle and maneuver large plumbing components and systems.
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Manual dexterity and physical stamina.
Qualifications:
- Must have the necessary Omaha Plumbing License(s)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a service plumber with sales experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and a polite manner.
- Strong knowledge of water systems and plumbing diagnostics.
- Familiarity with re-pipes, re-drains, leak detection, and water heater installation/repair.
- Service Titan knowledge is a plus.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must meet local requirements for motor vehicle and background checks and pass a drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license.
