Job Description:
Business Development Manager is primarily responsibility is to:
- Develop sales leads and relationships with Property Owners, Directors of Facilities, Purchasing Managers and Facility Managers single or multi-site locations.
- Nature leads and relationships to grow revenue from preventative maintenance agreements, projects and time and material jobs while retaining customer relationships.
- Actively participate in the growth and development of the Sales Department for continuous improvement.
Job Qualifications:
Business Development Manager required qualifications include:
- Demonstrated success in developing and closing new business opportunities selling conceptual intangible solutions for multi-site companies in a competitive market.
- Exceptional hunting and closing skills.
- Ability to overcome resistance and be able to work independently.
- Strong questioning, communication, planning, and presentation skills. Comfortable selling to both C-level and technical buyers.
- Hard-working, self-starter, ambitious, results oriented, self-motivated.
- Five (5) years sales experience and or great coachability
- Not necessary but helpful - HVAC knowledge
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Conduct:
Business Development Manager required knowledge, skills and abilities include:
- Proven record of sales proficiency in developing and closing new business opportunities.
- 4-year degree in engineering, business or a similar related field is desired, but experience in the HVAC industry, or solutions facility services selling within national accounts helpful
- Solid computer skills in Word, Excel and sales and marketing customer relationship management (CRM) database programs

Pay: $80,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
