YOUR SCHEDULE AS A CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
This is a full-time position, offering a consistent 40-hour workweek. Your schedule will provide structure and balance as you support a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

As a Construction Administrative Assistant, your day will start by diving into administrative and accounting processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You'll organize schedules, track deadlines, and manage workflows using Service Titan and Sage Intact. Communication will be a key part of your day as you actively listen to team needs, provide feedback, and assist in coordinating projects. Your Microsoft Office skills will shine as you handle documentation and reporting, keeping everything accurate and up-to-date.
