Role Description:

As an In-Home HVAC Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Service Stars, visiting potential customers' homes in the Danbury area to assess their HVAC needs. You'll provide tailored recommendations and solutions, prepare and present persuasive sales proposals, and close deals. You'll work closely with our expert installation team to deliver seamless service and exceptional customer satisfaction. This full-time, on-site position in Danbury, CT, offers a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career with a reputable company.

Pay Range: Pay is 100% commission-based. Able to earn between $160,000 to $320,000 per year.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct in-home assessments of potential customers' HVAC needs.
• Provide tailored recommendations and solutions based on customer requirements.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals.
• Close sales and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Qualifications:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with HVAC systems and industry knowledge (preferred).
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Highly motivated and self-driven.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.  
• Must be comfortable commuting around Fairfield County area.
