Position Overview:
Manages a variety of general office activities by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage office personnel (clerks).
- Schedule personnel for necessary coverage.
- Perform any of the tasks described for "branch billing clerk" as needed
- Coding of accounts payable invoice.
- Processing petty cash inventory receipts.
- Administering payroll records for branch personnel.
- May travel to corporate location for training and meetings.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Directly supervises approximately 1-2 employees.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work;
appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
