Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Roofing Sheet Metal Superintendent located in Tampa, FL. The Superintendent will oversee day-to-day operations, manage project timelines, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure quality control on roofing projects. They will be responsible for ensuring adherence to safety regulations, budget management, and client communication.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with sheet metal installations.
- 3 Years Supervisory or leadership role.
- Must be able to work with variety of tools.
- Have 1-5 years of experience managing projects
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Preferred: bilingual Spanish/English
- Extensive knowledge of roofing systems, sheet metal fabrication and installation
- Strong understanding of Safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications and project plans.
