Overview
Are you skilled in interpersonal communication, scheduling, and administration? Do you thrive in supporting candidates throughout their hiring journey? As ServiceLink’s Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll handle daily recruiting support tasks from scheduling to onboarding, with a focus on candidate experience and issue resolution. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll collaborate with the entire recruiting team, performing administrative duties like responding to calls, coordinating interviews, and providing status updates. The ideal candidate is discreet, flexible, and will represent the company with positivity and poise.
**This is a hybrid working position. The role will be primarily remote/work from home, howevere, all candidates must be located within reasonable commuting distance of our Moon Township, PA office. This role is expected to meet with the team and conduct business in-office approximately 2-3 times per month, or as required to successfully satisfy job requirements. In-office expectations during initial training will be more frequent.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this role, you will…
· Provide end to end full-cycle support to a distributed team of corporate recruiters and hiring managers
· Partner closely with internal parties and external vendors to ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience
· Create and maintain operational recruiting documents, templates, workflows, processes, and digital items essential for the daily functions of the recruiting team
· Coordinate, organize, and support recruiting programs, events, and initiatives

You possess …
· Demonstrated experience in clerical administration, scheduling, and processing of personnel records in support of a corporate HR/Recruiting environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft 365, specifically with Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams
· Self-motivation, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to balance, organize and prioritize multiple tasks within tight deadlines

Responsibilities
· Compile and distribute reporting, metrics, and process workflows using Microsoft 365 applications; respond to ad hoc data requests
· Maintain internal and external recruiting content and collateral, including but not limited to job descriptions, templates, applicant tracking system (ATS) data, agency agreements and other repositories
· Document and apply new recruiting workflows and processes; update existing processes as directed
· Administer manual job posting accounts and social media sites as needed
· Administer Recruiting Employee Referral Program, Recruiting Hotline, WorkWithUs resource mailbox; respond to general recruiting inquiries from internal and external parties
· Routinely update and audit applicant tracking system data for accuracy
· Coordinate the candidate application and pre-employment process; prepare, distribute and process all recruiting owned pre-employment tasks and documents leading up to new hire start date
· Create, maintain and coordinate preboarding files for all new hires, including the collection of all pre-hire paperwork and information; partner with Human Resources (HR) to ensure paperwork and data are complete and accurate prior to each new hire’s start date
· Provide reporting and respond to inquiries from HR, Corporate Training, Desktop Support and hiring teams in support of new hire onboarding and orientation
· Arrange and facilitate initial screenings, video or in-person interviews between candidates and hiring teams
· Coordinate, organize, and support recruiting programs, events and initiatives
· Anticipate problems, critical issues, and opportunities as they arise and advise the Talent Acquisition Manager accordingly
· Partner with department Vice President, Manager and recruiting team to complete audits, research, reports; support strategic recruiting initiatives as necessary
· All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Undergraduate Degree (HR, Business, or other related field of study) and/or equivalent work experience
· 2 years’ experience administratively supporting a full cycle corporate recruiting team, experience in banking or financial services
· Proficient with HRIS or ATS systems (preferably iCIMS)
· Proficient with Microsoft 365 programs, especially Excel and Outlook; SharePoint and OneNote a plus
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional telephone and customer service skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy; highly organized and analytical
· Excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to anticipate and act on change
· Proven ability to effectively communicate and develop professional working relationships at multiple levels of the organization, including senior management
· Ability to be self-directed and motivated; passion for building and being a part of a high performing team
