Role Description
- Assist and report to the Director of Rebuild with day-to-day operations on-site at our Norwood office.
- Conduct property inspections to scope measurements using Docusketch.
- Maintain clear and ongoing communication with the internal team regarding job updates.
- Foster client relationships by responding promptly to initial requests and providing regular updates.
Qualifications
- No prior experience in construction or insurance is required; experience is a plus
- Communication skills
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
