Position Overview:
As a ServiceMaster Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and building strong relationships with potential and existing clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and contributing to our continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a service-based industry.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
