What You’ll Do: As an Emergency Response Consultant (ERC), you’ll be at the forefront of disaster recovery efforts. This is not your typical sales job—it’s a chance to connect with clients, solve problems, and be a hero in their moment of need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new leads in restoration and reconstruction.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong partnerships with property owners, adjusters, first responders, and community leaders.
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients during stressful times, guiding them through the restoration process with care and professionalism.
- Sales Execution: Confidently present solutions and close deals onsite.
- Emergency Response: Be ready to answer the call when disaster strikes—anytime, anywhere.
What We’re Looking For: We need someone who is:
- Energetic and Motivated: Relentlessly driven to find opportunities and grow business areas.
- Experienced in Sales: At least 3 years of outside sales experience, including cold calling. Experience in restoration or construction is highly preferred.
- Experienced in Restoration Chasing: At least 2 years of restoration chasing experience required.
- Empathetic and Resilient: Able to handle high-pressure situations with compassion and professionalism.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office, email, texting, video conferencing, CRMs, and restoration or construction documentation software.
- 24/7 Available: This role requires on-call availability for emergencies.
