Are you handy and looking for a place where you set your schedule? We have all the tools needed to complete repairs we just need you! ServiceMaster clean is a Commercial Cleaning Company looking for a candidate that fits the job.
You are able to set your schedule between 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm, we are very flexible. Responsibilities : · You will need to complete routine checks and inspects of office building, all machines, equipment and company vehicles so that they are functioning properly.
- Familiarize yourself with how all machines work and are handled· Handle necessary repairs and maintenance· Keep an organized and accurate maintenance log of all company vehicles, equipment and machines· Maintain a clean and organized work space in office and company vehicle· Able to read and follow manuals and written or verbal instructions· Use equipment such as power tools, hand tools, electric tools and plumbing tools.
- Complies with company safety policies and regulations· Communicates well and reports issues to Branch Manager· Responds to repair and maintenance requests in a timely fashion· Helps load and unload equipment and tools into work vehicles if neededPhysical Demands and Qualifications : · Constant standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching· Must be able to lift and / or carry up to 50lbs.
- The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job.· Valid Driver’s license and good driving record as you will be provided a company vehicle to service equipment in Green Bay and surrounding areas.
