What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building maintenance position at ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning?
Are you handy and looking for a place where you set your schedule? We have all the tools needed to complete repairs we just need you! ServiceMaster clean is a Commercial Cleaning Company looking for a candidate that fits the job.
This is a perfect position for retirees or someone looking to set their own schedule.
This is a part-time or full time position, where you can pick your hours and will be required to report to the office at the start of your shift Monday-Friday.
You are able to set your schedule between 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm, we are very flexible.
Responsibilities :
- You will need to complete routine checks and inspects of office building, all machines, equipment and company vehicles so that they are functioning properly.
- Familiarize yourself with how all machines work and are handled
- Keep an organized and accurate maintenance log of all company vehicles, equipment and machines
- Maintain a clean and organized work space in office and company vehicle
- Able to read and follow manuals and written or verbal instructions
- Use equipment such as power tools, hand tools, electric tools and plumbing tools.
- Complies with company safety policies and regulations
- Communicates well and reports issues to Branch Manager
- Responds to repair and maintenance requests in a timely fashion
- Helps load and unload equipment and tools into work vehicles if needed
Physical Demands and Qualifications :
- Constant standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
- Must be able to lift and / or carry up to 50lbs.
- The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job.
- Valid Driver’s license and good driving record as you will be provided a company vehicle to service equipment in Green Bay and surrounding areas.
- Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
