Water and Fire Restoration Technician

Job Description:

Work as a Contents / Structural Technician AND Water remediation Technician to help clean and restore houses after a fire or flood. The work includes packing up contents, contents cleaning in our warehouse, structure cleaning in houses, and light demolition work, bagging/hauling debris, placing drying equipment, and other duties as required.

ServiceMaster of Bel Air is a 24-hour emergency service company certified in residential and commercial fire restoration, water removal and mold remediation, we serve Harford and Baltimore counties. When disaster strikes, we get to work.

· Able to lift 50 pounds regularly

You might also have:

· Restoration experience

· IICRC Certifications

Your Responsibilities:

· Cleaning contents & structures

· Packing, moving and storing customer items

· Utilize company software to document job tasks and progress

· Work between departments as needed on water or mold losses

Requirements:

· Valid Drivers License and good driving record

· Pass a background check, fit for duty physical and drug test

· Works well in a team environment and able to operate independently at times

Pay Frequency:

• Bi weekly

Typical end time:

• 4:00 PM

Typical start time:

• 7:30AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
