A dynamic and fast-growing water, fire, and mold restoration company in Baltimore is seeking an experienced Working Foreman to manage field crews and oversee fire, water, and mold clean-up jobs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Communicate the restoration process with homeowners and obtain signatures on required paperwork
- Manage field crews and oversee fire, water, and mold clean-up jobs
Requirements:
- 2 or more years of experience in the field
- IICRC Certification for water, fire, & mold clean-up is a plus
- Availability for after-hours/weekend work and on-call rotation
