This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and a proactive approach to task management. Key responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, tracking task completion, and ensuring client expectations are consistently met through efficient workflow management.

Position Summary
The Production Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting project, branch, and regional managers by ensuring seamless project coordination. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and a proactive approach to task management. Key responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, tracking task completion, and ensuring client expectations are consistently met through efficient workflow management.
Responsibilities
- Maintain project schedules, track tasks and milestones, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Collaborate with technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of services and materials.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, facilitating clear information flow between managers and field teams.
- Provide regular updates to management and clients regarding project progress, timelines, and any challenges encountered.
- Ensure accurate completion and storage of project documentation, including R365 and DocuSketch.
- Address client concerns promptly, coordinate follow-up actions, and assist in client meetings with project updates.
- Monitor work quality, conduct site visits, and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Identify potential risks or issues that could impact project success and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
- Assist project managers with scheduling, emails, documentation, and overall office organization.
- Other duties as assigned or apparent.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.
Preferred
- Previous experience working in the Restoration industry is a plus.
- Three or more years of proven experience executive assistance, customer relations, project coordination or a similar role, preferably in the mitigation or construction industry.
Work Environment
This role is an onsite role working in an office work environment. This position will primarily be indoors, working near or around other individuals in an office setting.
Physical Demands
Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to lift and small carry parcels, packages and other items, to walk short distances, and sit for extended periods of time.
