We are looking for Carpenters with a lead mentality that can self-perform all aspects of construction to ensure our schedules and budgets are met. The ideal candidate is a qualified individual who is skilled and knowledgeable in various trades to include carpentry, drywall, flooring, and painting. The candidate must be dependable, well-spoken, clean in appearance, possess a strong work ethic and the ability to engage with customers and subcontractors. Candidate must have reliable transportation and basic tools. This is a full-time, hourly paid position. Starting pay will be based on experience, skill level, and the ability to produce quality craftmanship. Job Responsibilities
Rebuilding / reconstruction due to Water, Fire, Mold, Sewage, and Board-Up jobs
Rough and finish carpentry
Drywall : hang and finish, texture matching
Painting : Interior and exterior
Plumbing finish : minor plumbing repair
Electrical finish : basic electrical
Cabinetry : install cabinets and countertops
Flooring : hardwood, vinyl (sheet goods), laminate, and vinyl plank
Tile : Wall and floor
Exterior : Trim and siding (vinyl, fiber cement, wood)
Roofing : Minor roofing repairs
Ensuring high-quality finish is achieved and maintaining a clean / safe job site
Skills and Requirements
5 years’ experience in finish carpentry
5 years’ experience in rough carpentry preferred
Experience in remodeling a plus
Extensive knowledge of power tools and equipment
Possession of basic hand tools and reliable transportation to job sites
Willingness to work overtime when necessary to deliver the project on time
Capable of climbing on ladders and carrying at least 80 pounds
Ability to use smartphone and tablet effectively
Has good communication and leadership skills
Work Schedule :
Monday-Friday, 8 am – 4 : 30 pm.
Evenings or weekends are sometimes required to respect client deadlines.
Carpenters must have a VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE and PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK!

Salary : $20.00 to $28.00 / hour
