Job Responsibilities
- Rebuilding/reconstruction due to Water, Fire, Mold, Sewage, and Board-Up jobs
- Rough and finish carpentry
- Drywall: hang and finish, texture matching
- Painting: Interior and exterior
- Plumbing finish: minor plumbing repair
- Electrical finish: basic electrical
- Cabinetry: install cabinets and countertops
- Flooring: hardwood, vinyl (sheet goods), laminate, and vinyl plank
- Tile: Wall and floor
- Exterior: Trim and siding (vinyl, fiber cement, wood)
- Roofing: Minor roofing repairs
- Ensuring high-quality finish is achieved and maintaining a clean/safe job site
- 5 years’ experience in finish carpentry
- 5 years’ experience in rough carpentry preferred
- Experience in remodeling a plus
- Extensive knowledge of power tools and equipment
- Possession of basic hand tools and reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary to deliver the project on time
- Capable of climbing on ladders and carrying at least 80 pounds
- Ability to use smartphone and tablet effectively
- Has good communication and leadership skills
- Monday-Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm.
- Evenings or weekends are sometimes required to respect client deadlines.
- Carpenters must have a VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE and PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK!
