ServiceMaster Restore - Supervisor/Lead

ServiceMaster Restore by Roth is looking for team members who love serving people in their time of need. We provide organized structural and content mitigation services for our customers who have suffered from water or fire damage to their homes or businesses. Our customers and team are treated as family, and our work is performed with the highest level of integrity.

What We Do:

  • Fire/Smoke Cleaning and Restoration
  • Moving, Packing, WarehousingWater Clean-up, Mitigation, and Drying
  • Mold and Sewage Remediation
  • Water Clean Up
  • Perform demolitions
  • Set up and monitor drying equipment and perform required activities on all active jobs
  • Clean up and debris removal.
  • Retrieve work orders and ensure all necessary equipment is loaded
  • Complete assigned jobs according to company processes and standards
  • Interface with adjusters to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Inspect jobs after completion and obtain customer approvals

Team Members that have the following will be a plus, but we are willing to train the right team members:

  • Previous supervisor experience
  • Ability to effectively coach, train, and delegate
  • Water damage and mold remediation experience
  • Construction or demo experience
  • Ability to use technology
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in disaster restoration or the construction industry
  • Proficient in using mobile software for data entry

· Must possess a valid Washington State Driver’s License with a clean DMV record.

· Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:

Physical Ability to regularly (throughout shift) lift, push, pull, bend, reach, and use hands for repetitive actions. Stand for long periods and walk. Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
