The Business Development Representative at ServiceMaster Restore manages relationships with current and new customers and referral sources. This role involves identifying and pursuing new revenue opportunities through proactive prospecting, developing solid partnerships, and providing exceptional customer service to drive business growth. Most importantly, we are looking to this position to sell new jobs for the company.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the restoration, construction, or related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and referral sources.
- Resilience to rejection.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficient daily usage of CRM software, Luxor and other sales tools.
- High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1-3 years of sales experience or prior sales training is required
- Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
- Highly motivated, has a strong work ethic, and enjoys the selling process.
- Can effectively present information to customers one-on-one and in small groups.
- Local and regional travel may be required for trade shows, training, networking events, and selling services immediately after catastrophic events.
- Some work required outside of traditional working hours to network and represent the company at business social events.
- Skilled in using social media and other web-based sales tools, which is required.
- Must be familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office Software.
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
