What You’ll Do
Client Management
- Act as the primary liaison for national accounts
- Maintain clear, timely communication with clients and partners
- Resolve concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Assign and monitor restoration jobs across the partner network
- Ensure timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met
- Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution
- Coordinate required paperwork and billing documentation
- Review files for accuracy and compliance with client guidelines
- Work with the admin team to ensure timely invoicing
- Strengthen client relationships and identify new service opportunities
- Provide feedback to improve operations and service delivery
- Support account performance through data tracking and reporting
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand service offerings
- Strengthen client relationships and provide strategic recommendations
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Occasional travel for client meetings or site visits
- Valid driver’s license (must meet insurance requirements)
- Available for occasional after-hours support (on-call rotation)
