Job Description
ServiceNow is looking for a highly motivated Sr. Marketing Specialist to drive the success and growth of our Federal business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Federal Marketing and Business units, as well as managing external vendor relationships, to effectively, execute and measure integrated marketing programs that drive the success and growth of the business for Federal. The individual filling this role will have strong project management skills, along with expertise in and a passion for building and executing high performing programs.
What you get to do in this role:
- Support the Director and Sr. Field Marketing Managers to develop highly effective Federal integrated marketing plan for Federal (including but not limited to digital marketing, including paid and owned media, account-based marketing, email programs webinars, events)
- Execute demand/lead generation marketing programs that span across marketing vehicles including content, social, digital/media, email
- Project manage content creation and drive collaboration of deliverables across various teams, including website, events, social, paid media, communications, operations and more (including videos, infographics, ebooks, emails, white papers, booth displays, webinar slides, blogs, social, case studies, webpages, advertising collateral)
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, content providers and 3rd party vendors to execute and monitor marketing program performance
- Work with marketing operations to ensure all tracking requirements are in place for necessary performance reporting.
- Manage a cadence of reporting, and monitor program performance
Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- 6 years experience in B2B marketing or campaign program management
- Solid ability to execute integrated campaigns, programs and events
- Exceptional project management skills coupled with a meticulous desire to manage project timelines and deliverables
- Experience working with Federal teams and external partners, with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools; ability to bring in new ideas and best practices
- A passion for metrics and data to influence decisions; experience using reporting/dashboard tools, preferably Tableau
- An enthusiastic team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Marketing Automation, preferably Eloqua or Marketo; hands on experience not required
- Self-starter with high energy, “can do” personality and desire to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $102,600 - $169,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
