What you get to do in this role :

Staff mentor manage and retain top talent
Lead our data science and data analytics teams
Work with product managers on data analytics and machine learning road map
Manage and execute against project plans and delivery commitments including daytoday activities within an Agile / Scrum environment
Support and troubleshoot analytics operations in commercial and regulated markets
Support urgent report requests when needed by the business
Work on in house data analytic products such as anomaly detection framework monitoring
Exploratory data analysis to identify opportunities

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you have :

Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decisionmaking or problemsolving. This may include using AIpowered tools automating workflows analyzing AIdriven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.

Experience building highly scalable solutions for realtime analysis and reporting for multiterabyte data sets using technologies like : Impala Hive HBase Spark and Hadoop environment in general.

Solid hands on experience with SQL python and spark

In depth knowledge of data Science & Machine Learning Methodologies

Experience working with real time large time series data pipelines

Experience with anomaly detection alerting and monitoring strategies and implementations

Statistics and Mathematical Modeling experience

Ideal candidate is highly motivated selfdriven and flexible

Ability to learn quickly in a fastpaced environment

Proven experience managing / leading geographically distributed teams

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

15 years of overall data science or data analytics experience with 5 years in management positions

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $197800 $346200 plus equity (when applicable) variable / incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
