Due to an internal promotion, Services For Plastics, Inc. is seeking a task-oriented receptionist. This individual should be able to multi-task and have experience with answering multi-line phones as well as some data entry. Ability to learn quickly and maintain accuracy is key. This position works from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday.
Duties:
- Answer all incoming calls in a timely/professional manner and route calls to appropriate person
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once using time management and organizational skills
Requirements:
- Good communication skills, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Working knowledge of general computer skills and applications
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Typing – 40 WPM
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience of receptionist experience
- High school diploma or GED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.50 per hour
