What are the responsibilities and job description for the Energy Engineer position at Servidyne?
Servidyne is growing and looking for an Energy Efficiency Engineer to join our team of engineers, energy experts, and sustainability professionals. We help building owners and operators make their existing buildings smarter, healthier, and more efficient.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct energy audits and retro-commissioning investigations
- Develop decarbonization strategies and GHG emissions inventories
- Lead HVAC assessments and modernization planning
- Evaluate ventilation and indoor air quality
- Communicate results clearly to clients — from building operators to C-suite
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of experience working with building HVAC and energy systems
- Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent technical background)
- PE license or actively pursuing licensure
- Atlanta-based preferred — but we’re open to remote candidates in major metropolitan areas
- Strong communication and technical writing skills
