Yarmouth Elementary School, which serves students in grades 2 through 5, has an opening for a one-year-only grade four teacher beginning the 2025-26 school year. A background in Responsive Classroom, Science of Reading, Readers and Writers Workshop, Everyday Math, and Inquiry-Based Science is a plus.
The Yarmouth School Department, located ten miles north of Portland, Maine serves students in kindergarten through grade 12 in four schools and is consistently recognized among the highest performing school districts in Maine, with two National Blue Ribbon School awards since 2018.
