Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the established quality standards and specifications. This role involves conducting quality audits, inspections, and analyzing data to maintain high-quality standards.
Duties
- Perform quality inspections on products to identify defects or deviations from quality standards
- Utilize calipers and other measuring tools to verify product dimensions
- Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Fabricate samples for testing and analysis
- Maintain detailed records of inspection results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
Experience
- Previous experience in quality assurance or quality control roles
- Ability to use micrometer to generate accurate readings
- Ability to use microscope, gages, and other QC Tools
- Ability to maintain and record accurate counts of inspected items
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes and procedures
- High School diploma or GED strongly preferred
- Previous experience in an inspection department strongly preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
