If you have a keen eye for detail, experience with advanced inspection tools, and take pride in precision work, we want to hear from you. ________________________________________ What You’ll Do As an Inspector 3, you'll play a key role in inspecting incoming materials and components to ensure they meet exact specifications. Using both standard and advanced tools, you’ll help ensure only the best parts move forward in the production process. Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect parts to internal and customer specifications using gages, calipers, dial indicators, and more
- Operate advanced equipment like CMMs and Keyence vision systems
- Conduct detailed visual inspections and ensure proper documentation and certifications are in place
- Log non-conformances and inspection results into the ERP/Quality Management System
- Assist with training, audits, and continuous improvement efforts across the Quality team ________________________________________ What Sets You Apart
- High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred
- 5 years of inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with GD&T, AS9100 or ISO 9001 standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with CMM programming or vision systems is a plus
