Role Overview
The Managed Account Specialist position is the primary point of contact for Managed Program Clients. This role ensures program compliance by the service provider and provides exceptional customer service regarding job process, client communication, and complaint resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Managed Account Process: Ensure seamless job execution, manage scope of work, and facilitate cost estimate approvals.
- Client Communication: Provide timely updates, respond to inquiries, and address client concerns.
- Service Provider Compliance: Monitor and enforce adherence to program guidelines, ensuring quality job delivery.
- Account Maintenance: Develop and implement strategies for new client rollouts, retention efforts, and program services expansion.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience required.
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language to communicate effectively with employees, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Exercise independent decision-making skills and judgment with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a minimum of one (1) year experience required.
- CRM experience is preferred.
