Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to spearhead our national and regional marketing strategies, driving business growth through strategic partnerships and relationship-building.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to expand our presence in the property and casualty insurance industry.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance claims executives and franchise owners.
Essential Duties:
- Implement sales development processes through face-to-face, tele-conference, or video conference meetings to meet quarterly goals.
- Meet minimum appointment targets and engage with contract and bulletin clients for national or regional contacts.
- Present marketing progress and results at franchise area meetings, division meetings, and company-wide presentations.
- Develop written action plans to target new clients and relationships, fostering strategic growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- A minimum of five years of experience in relationship-based sales and marketing, preferably in claims management and/or property insurance.
- National or Regional Level and High Dollar Sales experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
